HVAC SYSTEM:
- Supply & Install DX AC units Split ducted R410 46C cooling only along with supports.
- Supply & Install DX AC units Decorative R410 46C cooling only along with supports.
- Supply & Install DX Package AC units ducted R410 46C cooling only along with supports.
- Supply & Install AHU units ducted R410 46C cooling only along with supports.
- Supply & Install Dehumidifier units for swimming pool area along with supports.
- Supply & Install DX FAHU 34/32 with heat recovery wheel and MERV 13 filters.
- Supply & Install Phenolic/GI Duct as per SMACNA for horizontal lines along with support.
- Supply & install GI Duct for Vertical & exposed Duct as per SMACNA along with
- rubber insulation.
- Supply & install GI Duct accessories (VCD, FD, MSFD, AD ..ETC).
- Supply & Install extract fan along with termination and connection.
- Supply & Install Hard/coil copper pipes along with fittings & insulation.
- Supply & install Air outlet distribution powder coating Std color only (9010-9016).
- Supply & Install drain pipes to nearest drainage point with 6mm insulation.
- Supply & Install Thermostat with wiring and connection as per the vendor selection.
- Pressure leakage test, vacuuming, freon charging.
- Supply & Install Aluminum cladding for exposed duct only 0.7mm thickness.
