SCOPE OF WORKS:
HVAC (1400 TR DUTY):
- Supply & Install air cooled chillers AC system & FAHU along with supports.
- Supply & Install Phenolic Duct, GI duct & Fire rated duct along with supports.
- Supply & Install Smoke management system as per SCD regulation.
- Supply & Install air outlet, louvers along with supports.
- Supply & Install Kitchens ventilation system (Mackup, Extract & Hood extracting)
- Supply & Install pumps (P+S), valves, PICV valves and fittings.
- Testing & Commissioning.
LPG SYSTEM:
- Supply & Install LPG system as per Sharjah Municipality requirement.
ELECTRICITY & LOW CURRENT (6200 KW):
- Supply & Install switchgears with termination.
- Supply & Install wiring, cabling with termination as per SEWA.
- Supply & Install LV panels along with cabling and connection.
- Supply & Install lightning protection system, generator 850 KVA with ATS..
- Supply & Install CCTV, GSM, DATA and wi-fi system, UPS, GBM & PA system
- Supply & Install generator
PLUMBING:
- Supply & Install PPR & Upvc pipes along with fittings
- Supply & Install Transfer pump, sump pump & water transfer pumps.
- Supply & Install manhole, grating channels, grease trap as per SEWA.
- Supply & Install GRP tank on roof along with valves and fittings.
FIRE FIGHTING & FIRE ALARM:
- Supply & Install Fire pumps set as per SCD requirement.
- Supply & Install firefighting pipes with valves, sprinklers system, breaching inlet.
- Supply & Install FM200 system, Fire Hydrant and hose cabinet.
- Supply & Install addressable fire alarm system, smoke & heat detector.
