SCOPE OF WORKS:
HVAC:
- Supply & Install CHW DC FCU’s & FAHU along with supports.
- Supply & Install Phenolic Duct, GI duct & Fire rated duct along with supports.
- Supply & Install Smoke management system as per DCD regulation
ELECTRICAL.:
- Supply & Install power cables & wires to termination points as per DEWA regulation.
- Supply & Install switchgear panels, cabling & wiring as per DEWA regulation.
- Supply & Install LV panel along with cabling and connection.
PLUMBING:
- Supply & Install uPVC, PPR pipes along with fittings as per DM regulation.
- Supply & Install pipes Valves, isolating valves, hose bib, NRV along with accessories.
- Supply & Install water transfer pump set (duty+Stand by) along with fittings.
GAS SYSTEM:
- Supply & Install Gas pipe system along with fittings and valves.
