Silver Tower is a new executive office tower located in Dubai Business Bay community offering unparallel views of the lake and approachability to the sheikh Zayed Road. Silver Tower is a 31- storey building with health club, swimming pool and mini golf course. It comprises 2 basements ground floor, 4 parking floors, 27 office floors, fully equipped health club, cafeteria, open dining area, it has built on 56960 sq. ft. land area, 34 total floors, 260 offices and 793 parking. Silver Tower has a heat exchanger /district cooling system of the A/C chilled water system with 4 heat exchangers, 3 AHU’s 7 chilled water pumps with 1000 GPM/4.5 bar capacity and 2 FAHU’s also 172000 Sqft Duct area has been installed.
SCOPE OF WORKS:
- Supply & install GI Duct with fiber glass insulation, Cloth & canvas paint.
- Supply & Installing all GI risers for different volume along with support.
- Supply & Installing Smoke system.
- Supply & Installing CHW pipes with fittings and insulate with foam insulation.
- Supply & Install CHW FCU along with valves connecting.
- Complete EST & pump room.
- Testing and commissioning.
