SCOPE OF WORKS:
- Installation of HVAC Systems for cooling & Heating systems including the following:
- All Types of Duct, G.I, Fire Rated & Stainless Steel
- All Types of HVAC pipes, Fittings and Valves for Chilled Water System & Hot Water System
- All Duct equipment & accessories as FD, MSFD, VCD, VAV, CAV, BDD,…etc.
- Equipment’s Installations, FCU’s, AHU’s, FAHU’s, Fans, Pumps, Cooling Towers, Chillers,…etc.
- Installation of Drainage & Water Supply System including the following:
- Installation of Drainage pipes, vent Pipes, Waste pipes,…etc. installation of Grease/oil
- Interceptor, installation of all types of Drainage Manholes.
- Installation of Sanitary Ware (WC, WB, BT,…etc. & Sanitary Accessories (Towel Holders,
- Paper Holders,…etc.)
- Installation of Storm Water System including all related pumps and Manholes.
- Installation of Cold & Hot Water Net Work for Domestic Water Systems including GRP Tanks
- Installation of Drinking Fountain System including piping, fittings, valves,…etc.
- Installation of all the piping connection to the Laundry System
- Installation of Softener System and related piping/ Networks
- Installation of Filtered Water System and related piping/ Networks
- Installation of all the piping connection related to the Kitchen System
- Installation of Electrical Boilers for (RO) system including piping connection, fittings,
- insulation, Valves,…etc.
- Installation of all the piping connection related to Fire Protection Systems (Sprinkler Pipes,
- FM200 for Particular Electrical Rooms, Foam System for Diesel Tanks, Kitchen Hood,
- All types of Fire Fighting Pumps,…etc.)
- Testing & Commissioning for All systems, and to provide full support to the specialist
- subcontractors for their scope of work.
- Shop Drawings for Water system for all buildings (excluded B-6)
- Shop Drawings for external eras including storm water, drainage system, mechanical
- drawings in the external Tunnels
- ESP calculation for All Pumps, AHU, FAHU, Fans,….etc.
- As-Built Drawings for All Systems
